DoD Commands are required to confirm all published classes by contacting RFK Solutionz Corporation before enrolling students.


All classes must be enrolled and confirmed by the Wednesday before class starts.


If a student has registered and attends a class and then fails to complete the class, he/she is responsible for the full cost of the class including materials.


No refund will be provided unless the class has been canceled by the fault of RFK Solutionz Corporation.


RFK Solutionz Corporation reserves the right to make changes in the equipment and curriculum to reflect new technology, reset class schedules and hours, consolidate classes and substitute or replace instructors as needed.

CLASS CANCELLATION/REFUNDS FOR COMMAND/ORGANIZATION REGISTRATIONS

Public class registration may be canceled up to one week prior to the class start without financial obligation.


If a student's registration cancels less than one week prior to the class start date, he/she has the option to:


  • Keep Payment in place, receive materials and return to the same class at a later date as an “audit.”

or

  • Pay 50% cancellation Fee (No Audit Included)


If a registration gives no notice and does not show up for the course, he/she has the option to:


  • Keep Payment in place, receive materials and return to the same class at a later date as an “audit.”

or

  • Pay 100% cancellation Fee (No Audit Included)


Substitutions are allowed up to the first day of class. All substitutions must hold the proper pre-requisites for attendance.
